Ebay reprints with attempted persuasion listed as pre-1930's

There are so many of these. I suppose it's legal because it's listed as a reprint by the seller but check out the attempted persuasion to convince that it could be authentic.

I just get aggravated when trying to search for a card and these reprints sneak into the pre-1930's search.
