Photoshop or Photo Editing Help Needed

I have a very small photoshop project I would like to have done. I have no idea how to do it and I dont even own the software. To someone who knows what they are doing, this would probably take 20 minutes or less. I would be happy to pay or trade a vintage card if someone could take the 2 photos from me and merge them the way I would like and mail me back the finished product. If there is anyone on here that can do this fairly quickly or point me to a website where I can do it myself or something, please contact me and let me know.
