Don't respond, or click on any links on the offer email. If you have, contact eBay ASAP, as your account may be compromised.

I gave up on second offers a couple of years ago due to the scams, and now even have it in my auction template that I never send them and that anyone that receives one is receiving a bogus offer.

After not receiving one of those for a long time, I just got one today. As Steve pointed out it appears to be "phishing season". Just delete it.

If you get the 2nd Chance offer in your email, it is a scam. The only legitimate 2nd Chance offers go through your "My eBay" page on eBay.
