That's the very rare version of the green Cobb where he objected to posing in front of a green screen and had his good buddy Cy sit in for him. It is rarely seen (or talked about.)

I would have thought for the rare Cobb, he would have gone with a more well known grading company then SCG. He'll probably lose some money since he didn't go with someone like SGC.
