Need some help with a Cobb bat on shoulder

I have an ungraded Cobb (bat on shoulder). I'm thinking of sending it to SGC for grading, but I have a guy locally who offered me $1650 cash for it. It's in excellent shape, looks like it would be graded VG-EX. I'm wondering what other eyes think it would be graded as. Have a look ...
