Philly Show

I was at a local show this week end and was told by one of the dealers that the Phiily Show in Reading has been sold and will be under new management. Has anyone else heard this or can confirm this? How will this affect the show? I have heard rumors for months that they were going to cut back to 2 shows a year, now this. I hope this show is not in trouble,it is one of the last decent things left in this hobby.
