Introducing myself and SportsCardLink

Hi Everyone,

I have collected sports cards for some time but due to previous time constraints, I am new to posting on these boards. Some of you may recognize my name from past purchase I've made on eBay under the username buygradedr and comiclink or through private transactions. Others of you have seen ads in the current Sports Market Report for SportsCardLink and you may be wondering what it is. Either way, I thought it was a good time to introduce myself and SportsCardLink http://www.sportscardlink.com . The site, launched on opening day, specializes in vintage and high-grade professionally graded sports cards (PSA, SGC, GAI, BGS) - Goudey, Play Ball, Topps, Bowman, Leaf, more obscure 1920's cards, and so on. http://www.sportscardlink.com/forsale.asp you can Buy, Sell and Bid on (submit offers on) vintage sports cards. Some of you are already familiar with
ComicLink http://www.comiclink.com/forsale.asp , which I founded in 1996 and which specializes in vintage, professionally graded comic books. SportsCardLink works the same way but for sports cards.

SportsCardLink sellers have already listed quite a few vintage cards on the site, for example:

19th Century Cards (e.g. 1895 N300 Kid Nichols PSA 8, 1887 Allen & Ginter Jack Dempsey PSA 8)
Tobacco Cards (e.g. T206 Cy Young SGC 50, T205 Christy Mathewson PSA 7)
20's to 30's: (e.g. 1914 Cracker Jack Ty Cobb PSA 6, 1922 & 1928 B&W Babe Ruth's both in SGC 80, 1933 Goudey Ruth & Gehrig, a few 1939 Williams & DiMaggio's)
40's to 50's: (Williams, DiMaggio, Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Bill Russell, Johnny Unitas, etc.)
60's and up: (HOF'ers and high-grades)

My goal is for SportsCardLink to be a good source for buyers to fill holes in their collection and an additional selling tool for sellers.

I also want to mention that I had a nice discussion with Leon Luckey today and just purchased banner advertising from him which will appears shortly on this site. I think this forum area is a great resource to support and will add exposure for SportsCardLink as well.
