I was strongly thinking about going after this lot seriously. The problem for me was how vague the description was...."about 70 T206's". There is a scan of 14 cards that is "representative" of some of the cards...there is no list as to what all the cards even are in the lot. I thought $1000 for a lot this vague was really taking a gamble....anybody else actually go after these? |

I know several people that contacted the seller at least 3 times each on this lot. Something was fishy about the guys responses. He gave vague descriptions to one person , and never responded to the others. I am guessing this lot contained 70 cards, and the most presentable cards of those 70 were probably pictured. I bet the buyer gets cards that are practically torn in half, and cards that have little or no value at all. These were probably not 70 individual cards either. I bet there are multiple copuies of several. I seriously doubt the lot was worth $1,000 even if there were ripped hall of famers in it. And the seller almost seemed to deliberatley wait till the last day to email responses to questions. |

I emailed the seller and never got a response. The condition on the other cards can't have been too good if those pictured were the best. My top price was 450 and had already shot up to 600 when I put my bid in. |

I also emailed the seller a day ahead of the auction closing asking for any additional scans of other cards, or at the least a description of which other cards were to be included. I wouldn't be surprised if these end up getting returned to the seller assuming the buyer paid paypal |
