I cant seem to find any paper stock over 110lb and that seems to be way too flimsy. I am hoping someone on here makes their own cards a lot and may have a good recommendation. |

I can only offer advice on paper stock for calendar prototypes. Cards are out of my realm. |

Try contacting Trae R. (another poster on this board). He recently did a great job in re-creating the backs of t206 cards and as I recall, had the same problem in tracking down the right paper to use. |

My Gehrig 1930 calendar card was sent off for grading. When he gets back I'll send you a scan... I have the Combs calendar card, if you're interested. |

first off, whats a calendar card? second, if I dont know what paper to use, most likely I am not gonna make counterfeits to sell on here as pretty much everyone on here could tell what a fake and what a real one looks like. |

I have found the skinning authentic T206, T207, & T205's, gives just the right quality of paper needed to make your own baseball cards. |

Brian, they're being sarcastic. The Ruth has been discussed at length here on the board and the ensuing litigation has been aired publicly as well. The card sold for around $18k. |
