I don't have one yet, so those who have one, please show and tell. I think these are gorgeous and would love to snag a few. Even better, I would love to see those that are already in collections. Finally, I am being offered a 1910 Tip Top Leever PSA 3 (mk). What would be a fair price on this?

The Simon's an sgc30 and the Byrne's an sgc20. Based on what I paid a few months ago for these, my guess is a fair price for the Leever is $250-300 depending on the mk.

I originally owned a George Gibson D322 that had 2 creases that divided the card into 4 equal sections. It came from one of the hobbies' greatest dealers. When it arrived, and I saw the creases, I was truly disappointed. It had been advertised as being in very good condition.

I set out to replace that sad example with the best example I could find, since I loved the card's design and colors. It took me more than 5 years to find a decent looking George Gibson D322 again. Shortly after I began reading the old "Full Count" message board, one of the regular posters mentioned in a thread that he had accidentally won a lot of 1910 Tip Top Bread cards. I was fortunate enough to be able to trade a Gabby Street T206 (catching) card that was a partial color scrap to that gentleman. That gentleman was Doug Allen, who was just about to begin a new job in the industry.

This card has been the centerpiece of my collection ever since it arrived from Chicago.




I would love to see that old creased George Gibson if someone has it.

BACK IN THE EARLY INTERNET DAYS...i MET SOME GUY ON THE PRODIGY VINTAGE CARD SITE. I BOUGHT THE ABBADICCHIO LENOX BACK BELOW AND HE GAVE ME THIS TIP TOP FOR FREE...IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITES. OOPS...SORRY FOR THE ANGST.

I sold a Wagner to a board member a year or two ago. It was about 5k and was a very nice 2. About 7 yrs ago I paid $365 for my Clarke. best regards
