Van Lingle Mungo Poem

Thanks to Ted for jogging my memory about the Van Lingle Mungo poem. It came out in 1985, shortly after the death of its protagonist. It is a great poem.........but, unfortunately, I have lost my copy, and have been unable to find it. The words I remember are as follows:

Honor now Van Lingle Mungo,
Pound the plate and hoist a fungo.

Flaming fastball, fiery nature,
Famous for his nomenclature.

If anyone knows, or has a copy of, the complete poem, I would love to have it.
