Well I live here in WA, near Seattle and we've had a tough time lately. The sonics and the Mariners went from top tier teams to trash in a matter of a few years. Both UW and WSU football programs have turned very sour, and although the seahawks got to the Superbowl last year, we barely eeked out a playoff birth with a 9-7 record. So currently our basketball, baseball, and football programs are all looking pretty dismal, with the Seahawks being the only entertaining ticket in town, on some Sundays... but im sure there's worse out there... |

I'm going to have to go with Michigan. The Tigers had the best record in the league most of the season, entered the WS prohibitive favorites, and layed an egg. The Pistons had the best regular season record, and lost in the playoffs. The Red Wings had the best regular season record, and lost in the playoffs. U of M was ranked #2 and lost to OSU again. The Lions sucked like usual, and couldn't even manage to lose the last game to get the #1 draft pick. |

Don't worry, Joe...the Lions would have screwed up the pick anyway. |

I go with Illinois. My cubbies are the perenial problems especially with the injuries this year and last place. Not far behind are the Fighting Illini with the football program. However we do have the Bears and Bulls. |

Being a Minnesota sports fan is not easy. Baseball is the only real sport. The rest are just games.....bring on Spring Training. |
