I have been thinking about selling a few of my cards on eBay. Since some of these cards will go for a few hundread dollars, I don't want to be at risk for any scams. Is there a way to effectivly block 0 feedback bidders and newly registered users from bidding on an item? I appreciate any input ya'll can offer. |
