E94 overprint? What the heck is a Dildock???

I was looking a Leons E94 overprint set and saw the term Dildock, and a few questions came to mind;

1) What the heck is a Dildock?

2) Should I or anyone else be offended by the term.

I only ask question 2 because I asked a co-worker if he knew what a dildock was and I received a very offensive gesture in return. Seriously, I'd like to know so I don't look like a dope here at the office. Can someone post a pic of the overprint so I don't seem crazy?
