Adam, that Wheat is my favorite card from the T205 set. The detail in the portrait is incredible. Awesome example of "buy the card, not the holder." |

I don't seem to be making much progress fast on my 19th Century want list, but here is a card I just received yesterday. Thanks Andy, always a pleasure to deal with you. |

It is outrageously sharp, which is why it caught my eye and I bought it. When those printing layers line up, wow, those cards are nice. |

Super card, Pat. Shows up less frequently than the Wagner, not that Honus is common. |

That is some card Preece - congrats on the pick-up. I'm sure Andy has either something very nice in return or some nice cash to get something nice in return |

Donno what one would cost in "beater" shape, but finding one (in any condition) will be just about as hard as affording one would be... |

An e107 Cy Young beater sold for $9,600 at the SCP auction last December. I think 2 1/2 to 3 that is a safe price gauge. A Chesbro beater sold for $14,000 two years ago. |

1915 Zeenuts are my favorite of the run -- that tinting really sets them off. Nice batch. |

Seller advertised it as 1939, I hear the SCD big book has it listed from 1941--I'm leaning toward the earlier date: |
