Its actually 2 separate scans and he just put them next to each other and centered them. He hosted the pictures himself (not through eBay), thats why the quality is clearer and there is no camera icon in corner.

I use "paint" to open both scans and cut and past one on to the other....the "other" having empty space to put the cut scan.....then save....it took me a while to figure out but is super easy and fast...........regards
