It looks fake but with such a blurry picture and about four hundred creases, you can't be sure.

The red background not coming to a point on the top right corner is the dead giveaway to me.

That looked like wear to me. The card is a disaster. And did you notice the $4500 label on it? I might pay $45 in that condition (perhaps a bit more).

Those reprints have been around for a few years now, like Dan said the top right corner has tape damage, at least the original this reprint card was made from had tape damage (corner red missing). Used to see these Ruths alot on eBay a few years back, but not as much lately.
