Lummis Vs. Sealtest

I need some clarification: Did both issues come in sticker form?

As I understand it; using the 2006 SCD Stand. Cat. and the Old Cardboard site - ONLY Sealtest came with a sticker backing.

Additionally, the Sealtest is the larger of the two at 3 1/2 X 4 1/4;
Lummis is 3 1/4 X 4 1/4.
