Who to authenticate a Ruth auto

I have a beautiful print of Babe Ruth that I received from an estate. I would love to have it authenticated, but I am leary sending it to PSA because of the way some of the members on this board ridicule them.

Could you guys throw some opinions at me of who you would have authenticate it?

What is the downside of having PSA-DNA authenticate it?
