Okay, not really 19th century but still about that subject....Pete Browning Louisville Slugger Louisville Stoneware figure issued in 1984 for the 100th anniversary of the Louisville Slugger. No one at Louisville Slugger nor Louisville Stoneware knows anything about it, so I'm throwing it up to the group. Anyone? I have no idea about issue size....original price....etc. The figurine is about 3 pounds, 15 inches tall about 8-9 inches around at base. Real wooden bat made into the stoneware statue. While you can tell who it is, it does not specifically mention Browning anywhere. I put the 'not cards' disclaimer there in case anyone got offended. And yes, I have received my Oldcardboard magazine....... |
