I was wondering if anyone had any feed back on these 2 bats, One is an Pinkey Whitney store bought mode H&B bat I would have to guess is from the late 40's or early 50's, the other the other bat with the label "R. G. Johnson, Sebago Lake, Maine" prominently embossed in the wood. It is a size 34 bat, made of birch,Because of their fine craftsmanship and quality wood, major league players, serious amateur ball players, and school teams alike had used Johnson bats. I really have no idea of the age of this bat but would guess it is also from the 40's or early 50's. |
