Did anyone else see this auction? I was the underbidder, but wasn't really sure what to think of it and probably should have gone higher. The top had a very strange appearance - almost like it was converted to a lamp or something? Do you guys think this is definetly an A's item? |

Neat item! Definitely looks like a lamp, not sure if it's an A's item. Reminds me of something that would go in a Hunt's auction for a couple hundred dollars -- at minim its a great piece of vintage baseball folk art. |

Ive seen the three elephants with that larger ball in antique malls a few times. The baseball was added later and while it isn't an A's piece, I guess it is folk are, but not old folk are. |

I don't think it is an Atletics piece either. It's definitely pieced together. Not even done that well, if you look closely at the top of the baseball. |
