I'm a newbie when it comes to non-card baseball memorabilia and have a question. Why did this postcard sell for what seems to me a pretty high price? It's cool, I'll grant you that, but don't really understand why it closed so high. I actually lived in Parsons, W.Va., for a year when I was a kid and thought of bidding on it, but it quickly got out of my price range. I wouldn't mind adding some old postcards to my collection, particularly any that are related to my home state of W.Va., but don't know much about them. Can anyone give some tips on what to look for? |
