Any ideas as to who "Julia St. Clair" is in this photo?

The photo is old, and on cardstock, 10 cm x 17.5 cm

A google search turns up no baseball leads.

Likely a turn of the 20th century Bloomer Girl. The card you have was commercially issued, and not a family photo.
