Anyone else think it's disgusting that PRO will grade these trimmed cards 8, 9, 10 etc.? The Tris Speaker PRO 9 currently on Ebay was the same card I sold ungraded several weeks ago. Now it's up there in a PRO 9 clearly smaller than when I sold it. I suppose it's making PSA and other reputable grading company cards more valuable since the suppy is being destroyed for the sake of making a few $$. |

I agree with what you say. To me the alteration or destroying of original products is the thing that rubs me the wrong way. If a bidder's ignorant enough to buy a PRO card in the first place, that's his personal problem-- but I don't see why a perfectly fine card has to be trimmed or otherwise destroyed in the process. Leave the card alone, it didn't do anyone no harm. |
