1948 Bowman... not exactly vintage but does this look good?

Ok Ok, sorry this isn't an Old Judge thread, but I've kinda been focusing on upgrading my 1948 Bowman set I put together when I was 12... Needless to say, I came across this card and something about it makes me questions it legitimacy... I was hoping the keen reprint inspectors on this board could lend a helping eye!
