thoughts on Ebay - Stores

Hey folks,
I am going to be selling a few things in the near future....nothing major or from my personal collection. I am thinking about trying the ebay - stores idea......it's only $9.95 a month with a very small insertion fee (personally I never charged for inserting but that's a whole nuther story) .....it seems like a good idea since I can sell at my price or not sell at all AND it will last for 30 days, or more, in increments of 30 days...... My thought is that I could list 1-2 items normally and then advertise my "store" that way....and of course in our buy/sell/trade thread also.......any thoughts on this route of selling? ....regards all

Leon - I have purchased about 500 items on ebay and have never used an ebay store. I have looked several times but have not found items like the one that got me to the store in the first place. If you have items similar to those that are being auctioned it should work. For $9.95 it does not seem you have much to loose except that pesky ten bucks.
