I was sitting here at my computer actually laughing out loud. I was about to post a thread on it it's so funny... How is it that Grandpa happened to only leave the most expensive cards in each set? WOW.....he must have been Kreskin or something....(if you remember Kreskin then you are as old as me |

From a practical standpoint, having eBay continually end these auctions has to have effect on the scammer. There is no question that it has to be a total pain in the rear to have to rewrite and relist the 100 or so lots every time they are shut down. Never underestimate the power of inconvenience. |

about my grandkids putting my cards on ebay and saying grandpa gave them to them. My daughters know how much the cards mean to me and will pass the torch to my future off-spring. I did the right thing, having the older daughter meet Joe DiMaggio when she was 10 and the younger daughter meet Andre Dawson, Bob Gisbson and Lou Brock when she was 10. |

I wonder if ebay still charges him his listing fee everytime they stop his auction. I'm guessing they must not or it would slow him down. Anybody know? |

Someone with some initiative should get a formal letter from the Library of Congress stating that none of the original cards in their possion have been sold. This letter would then be proverbially waved in faces whenever a LOC reprint appears. Considering that the Library of Congress is a large and internationally famous part of the Federal Government, I would think the significance of this letter would be hard to deny, even by eBay and the next scammer. |

Why has eBay not cancelled these auctions?? If you add up the total of these auctions, it is quite a significant amount----hard to believe nobody is interested in this amount of internet fraud. |
