Default N172's on eBay---Did someone just buy the farm?

Greetings,

I haven't posted much lately as I've been ill with some damned Diabetic related crap. However, I wasn't too sick to notice the seller on eBay who's hocking some 250+ N172's this week. Just wanted to know from any of the veterans on the board, if anyone well known in the hobby may have passed recently? It's being branded an estate sale and frankly I haven't seen this many OJ's come up for sale togethe...ever. Any thoughts?
