Is eBay actually gonna do something?

I was floored today when I got an email from eBay asking me for more details about why I thought auction with 73 bids in 45 minutes involved shill bidding and also wanted to know what they could do to make my eBay experience better. I think this was inresponse to the survey I filled out after the complaint resolution where I slicked Very Disatisfied on almost everything.

Needless to say, I wrote a long note about how the Powerseller label is now a joke that just means the seller can break the rules without worrying about losing their account. I pointed out the BRSZ-2 scandle as a prime example.

Here's hoping that something might actually change
