I bought a '34-'36 Batter Up back in the 80's before I really knew much about vintage cards. On the back of the card is another thin piece of cardboard. It is almost like the card was glued to a scrapbook and then the card was removed by cutting the paper.

I wanted to know if there is a way to remove the extra paper without damaging the card. Looking at submitting the card to SGC, but don't want it to come back as "altered".
