Ruth Souvenier Bat Question

I was today asked about a Ruth mini bat (Oh yeah Sure, you say, one of those 'I have a friend stories.' But if you don't beleive me, I'll show you the email. It has no spelling errors, proving that it couldn't be me). Anyway, he's looking into buying a 14 inch Babe Ruth bat advertising Babe Ruth underwear. The seller says it was sold in the ca 1930s Babe Ruth brand underwear box. I'm no mimi bat expert, so am soliciting comments, including potential value, from the board. Thanks
