Yeah, just look at my collection. I have payed double and triple value for most of my cards......my motto is buy high sell low.....uh.. er.....yeah, that's it....or is that just me? oh well......actually $101.00 is probably only double book.....and I think the slab might have actually gotten this auction a better price...regards all |

I have receieved as much as $150 for a Willis SGC 50. these prices are proof why you should get cards graded (VG/EX or higher) if you plan on selling. That holder seems to add alot of value for some people. |

Although why anyone would buy a card in a holder simply for the holder is beyond me. The ONLY possible justification would be if you bought a "raw" card and had some concerns about trimming or alteration or authenticity and you sent it to SGC to give you piece of mind. Then if it comes back slabbed, you can crack it open and have your piece of mind. |
