I'll second your claim. I own these cards. This is the one from 1977 issued by Den's Collectors Den. The first series contained no notice of the card being a reprint but after some cards got distributed, they began using a hand stamp on the back to mark the as reprints. Mine has the stamp on the back. As I recall, they sold them saying 10,000 sets were made. How many were sent out without the stamp? I don't know.

The next 2 series did have lines on the backs, as the dover reprints do, identifying them as reprints. You see these sold as uncut sheets on ebay today.

I've owned this card before (the real one) and the colors and borders on this one are all wrong. This is definitely a reprint. Someone ought to break the news to the buyer...
