RARE Near Mint 1974 New York Yankees Opening Day at Shea Full Ticket
THERE ARE ZERO FULL TICKETS FROM THIS GAME GRADED BY PSA (1 punched one, but zero unpunched) making this quite rare and unique.
The New York Yankees played at Shea Stadium in 1974 because Yankee Stadium was undergoing a major renovation that lasted two seasons. This renovation involved a near-complete teardown and rebuild of the original Yankee Stadium. The Yankees needed a temporary home, and Shea Stadium, already the home of the New York Mets, was chosen as a suitable venue.
