PSA Submission question
Hello. I have a real nice 1967 Topps Pin Up Mickey Mantle I want graded. At what service level would I submit this at because of it being oversized?
Also, These have natural folds because of being inserted in packs. So how does PSA take that into consideration? Does PSA consider these as creases? Thanks, Bob

They are awful, but couldn't possibly be THAT bad. If it doesn't have the manufacturer folds, it was never in a pack. Not sure it's worth grading, but best of luck!
