Default SGC grading question - auto

Will SGC slab a hand signed (in-person, not manufacturer) card? I don't care about the auto grade or honestly authentication as I know it is real. I just want it in a tux to match others in the PC.

Or am I stuck with going PSA/DNA route if I want it slabbed?

They will not.

You have several other options--one of which being to save your money and not get it slabbed at all.

A CGC slab could be an alternative now that they have JSA authentication.

I agree with Jodi, FWIW. No need to slab.

But if you do, why not give CGC a try? Their new slabs are very attractive, and Spence Authentication is as good as any for resale.

If you were to use PSA, it's likely to come back in a crumpled baggie... off-center and most likely tilted within the slab. You don't want to see that mess every time you look at it... do you?

Thanks all. Obviously I realize I have a choice to slab or not. I'll give CGC's new program a look.

Could place it in a cracked-out (previously used) SGC slab if you want it to aesthetically match the rest of your collection. The edges would be frosted, but just a thin line of gorilla glue (using a toothpick?) should keep it together.

Not perfect, but an idea.
