Tony Gwynn help

Hi all! Picked up this Tony Gwynn bat recently. Could anyone help me with the signature. Genuine? It looked good to me, but I'm certainly no expert. Any help would be appreciated. Secondly, anybody have thoughts on the bat itself? Gamer from Gwynn? Couldn't find anything on Gwynn using this model. Can't read what the knob says. Bat is cracked, measures 32 inches. Thanks!
