ROGERS HORNSBY Autographed 1st Edition "My War With Baseball" Hard cover with dust jacket in nr-fine condition signed and inscribed on the first blank page by Hornsby "To Louis Schaffer , with Best Wishes From Rogers Hornsby 1962" Comes with a full LOA from PSA. Played 23 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the St. Louis Cardinals (1915–1926, 1933), New York Giants (1927), Boston Braves (1928), Chicago Cubs (1929–1932), and St. Louis Browns (1933–1937). He was named the National League (NL)'s Most Valuable Player (MVP) twice and is regarded as possibly the greatest right handed hitter of all time. A member of the Baseball Hall Of Fame he died in 1963. $1,250.00
