1995-96 Topps Stadium club Beam Team Proof Uncut sheet with Jordan

Hello everyone! Has anyone encountered something like this before?

I've noticed this sheet lacks the die-cuts. I've come across some individual pieces labeled as proofs.

COMC lists them in a set category too.

However, I can't seem to locate a full sheet.

Uncut promo sheets were just about everywhere at this time.

I don't know, but as these are seemingly so common in an internet search I wonder if these were possible stadium giveaways for kids. Stadium Club did it the prior year during a stadium tour, but those sheets listed the dates they would be at each stadium/arena.
