R313 National Chicle Question? Simmons/Cochrane all on the A's?
Why does this 1936 issue feature these 2 (along with Foxx) as an Athletic?
Foxx left in '35, so that's reasonable, but Simmons left in 1932 (although would return in 1940), and Cochrane in '33. Do not see any reference or explanation for this. It can't be a reunion pic from their dynasty years either...especially since they were all still active players. Just a baffling observation. https://www.psacard.com/cardfacts/ba...simmons/736636 Last edited by cjedmonton; 06-24-2023 at 12:54 PM. |
