His counterfeit Mantle has the Authenticity Guarantee. Normally the reason for these is something in the listing that disqualifies it. In this case, I think it's because the seller offers Free Local Pickup option on the Ruth card. So if it sells, it would not automatically go to the authenticator.

There seem to be so many mental sellers on EBay lately that it’s becoming frustrating to look. How can these people list this in good conscience? Also people listing raw cards have no idea how to determine the condition of their card. It’s so frustrating to click a listing for NM/MT card and it’s no better than EX. eBay is flooded with this garbage. It’s so difficult to find accurate and honest sellers on EBay. Sellers like the one with the fakes are just full on crooks.
