Hey guys,
Looking for a little help here. When it comes to sending vintage cards (raw not graded cards!) , what is the preferred way? Any absolute no nos when it comes to shipping vintage cards? Is PWE ok? Are those eBay cardboard mailers preferred? Just wanted to get your guys thoughts on best shipping practices for vintage cards and what is generally accepted by the hobby? Thank you for your help and advice. I appreciate your thoughts on this.

I think a PWE in sleeve and toploader is fine for a low-dollar card. Anything more than $20 you might want to ship in a package.

Usually I put the card in a penny sleeve inside a card saver in a team bag and mail it in a bubble mailer. Lower grade cards get sent in a PWE. I bought a bunch of recessed screw downs super cheap and ship nicer cards in them in a bubble mailer. |

Thank you guys! I appreciate your help. I wasn’t sure if PWE or the bay standard envelope was acceptable for vintage due to grade sensitivity. I think anything over $20 or higher grade will go bubble mailer and lower grade and cards less than $20 will go either PWE or eBay standard envelope mailer. Thank you guys again. I appreciate you all.
