thoughts on Mantle and Williams please

Williams appears to have a green diamond cert

I would say both are bad. The Williams has the "open d" and "open a", which is normally a tell-tale sign the signature is forged.

The Mantle is, of course far more obvious. Slowly drawn and poor letter formation. I do not like either.

Does the Williams ball have the Green Diamond hologram affixed to the ball. My guess is that it does not and the certificate has been switched to a different ball than the one the certificate actually matched.

I can compare and contrast based on the info already provided in the pages of Net54 , but always seem to talk myself into or out of things.

the mantle I knew would be bad. however, It was worth getting other opinions

I really need a Williams . and absolutely do not want to get desperate
