Lot of 8 mostly 1920's photos of New York Giants players. All are Type 1 except, possibly, Snodgrass. Could be a Type 1, just not 100% sure. Great group of photos.
1) 1927 Travis Jackson fielding pose (HOF), 8x10, NEA 1930 stamp on reverse. Condition good with some waviness. 2) 1927 Travis Jackson batting (HOF), 8x10, International Newsreel and caption on reverse. Condition: some waviness. 3) c1920 Mike Gonzalez, 6.5x8.5, International News stamp. Good condition. 4) 1920's Ross Youngs (HOF), 6x8, World Wide Photos stamp. Good condition, upper right corner has creasing. 5) 1922 Art Nehf, 5x7, Bain News Service stamp. Also Oct. 4, 1922 stamp--the date Nehf started game 1 of the 1922 World Series vs the Yankees. 6) 1921 Lee King, 6.5x8.5, International News Stamp and caption. Good condition. ID'd on front in pen. 7) 1921 Bill Cunningham, 6.5x8.5, International News Stamp and caption. Good condition. ID'd on front in pen. 8) 1910's Fred Snodgrass, 7x9.5, Filed Before June 1919 stamp on reverse. Poor condition with waviness, and small spots of paper loss on front, ink, etc. Not sure whether this is Type 1 or 3 SOLD shipped, paypal f/f please Thx, Ray Click through for larger scans: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by rholmes; 01-16-2022 at 01:44 PM. |
