A few years ago, I was doing quite a bit of TTM. I sent this card to Miguel Cabrera (c/o the Tigers) in a plain white envelope with a letter. The card was not in a sleeve or toploader. When I received it back, it was just the card in the plain SASE I'd originally included.
I was always surprised how well it traveled and decided to send it to PSA, and received it back yesterday. Well, wouldja look at this! I know we've all heard how hash grading standards are now, and this card was mailed across the country unprotected, signed/handled by the player, and mailed back. Unbelieveable. ![]() |
