Default fs NM W517 Grover Alexander

Broke it out of a damaged 7 holder (I think SGC) rather than regrade it, looks fairly graded at NM to me. Not many recent comps so I'll start it at 400 firm for now. FWIW Cleansweep has a PSA 6 at BIN for around 500.

PS I would listen to a package price for this and the Eastern Exhibits Collins listed separately but not at a huge discount to my list.

I'm gonna bump this thread for no other reason except that this might be the most bad ass portrait of any ball player. Ever.

Imagine stepping into the batter's box and this guy is staring you down. He winds up and hurls an elusive fireball at you. Good luck hitting that.

I received this beautiful 1931 Grover Cleveland Alexander card in the mail.
