FS Eddie Collins and Hal Chase Type 1 Photos
Hello,
I have a c. 1910’s silver gelatin Eddie Collins 4x4.5in Detroit News Service photo. It’s stamped on the reverse “June 1919”. However, it’s my understanding the photo was likely taken much early, as 1919 is the year when Detroit News started to archive their photographs. The Hal Chase is a PSA/DNA 6.5x8.5in original news service photo from the New York Herald from 1916. Great candidness on this one! SOLD Happy to send additional photos.
