FSOT: 1916 D381 rare "common" Ed Konetchy w/B on cap error photo Knetzer SGC5 coupon

Hello all,

This is probably a bit of a long shot but back in 2016 in Goodwin I bought this very rare elusive "common" error/variation at auction. Paid aprox 4275 after fees and shipping. Have always wondered who the underbidder was, as I didn't think anyone else was out there who would want it half as much as me!?! It's a very high grade (for the issue) card and very rare. Was just throwing out that I would possibly make this card available if that other party was still on the hunt for it, as I now have a tabless version also. This card is a rare error variation naming Ed Konetchy but picturing Elmer Knetzer with B on cap (Brooklyn seen on Jersey)


This card is SGC 5 with coupon attached, sharp corners, I see a tiny wrinkle on bottom, about as good as condition as can possibly be found for this card! I think when I bought it it was the highest or maybe tied for the highest graded card with a tab for this issue. I'm not aware of any higher grades with coupon for any d381 but haven't checked all pop reports. Its also centered beautifully which is very tough with this narrow bordered issue. Would be about as great of a type card that could be had for this issue.

Could possibly Trade or sell it if a deal could be made. Would love to add any D381's I need! Tesreau, Tragresser and the Hugh Jennings if it exists?
