Shout Out for Hakes Auctions
Just wanted to give appreciation to Hakes. They run a great auctions where lots end individually so you don’t have to stay up until the wee hours and they get you your wins super fast . Auction closed June 24 at 9pm and already have my wins in hand
Below is a team photo of the 1950 Venezuelan team in the Caribbean series. They had a terrible series going 1-6 but posted a team that featured a number of great Negro leaguers including Bob Griffith, Theolic Smith, Johnny Ritchey, and Howard Easterling
